Paul Arriola (born February 5, 1995) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a winger for Major League Soccer club Seattle Sounders FC. He began his career with Club Tijuana in Liga MX and played for D.C. United and FC Dallas before Seattle acquired him in a January 2025 trade. Arriola has 50 caps for the United States national team and was part of the Concacaf Gold Cup-winning squads in 2017 and 2021. He was a 2022 MLS All-Star.
