Elijah Gozo is the brother of Real Salt Lake young star forward Zavier Gozo. Elijah played a significant role in Zavier's development, with Zavier noting that he grew up chasing his older brother and trying to emulate his soccer skills.

Elijah Gozo played for the RSL academy and just graduated from Utah Valley University after playing NCAA soccer for 4 years logging 54 matches, 27 shots, 1 goal and 2 assists.
