Nouhou

Nouhou Tolo (born June 23, 1997), known as Nouhou, is a Cameroonian professional soccer player who plays as a left back for Major League Soccer club Seattle Sounders FC and the Cameroon national team. He joined Seattle from Rainbow FC in 2017 and has won the 2019 MLS Cup and the 2022 Concacaf Champions League with the club. A regular for Cameroon in World Cup qualifying, Nouhou captained the national team at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
